My card has expired, how do I update it with a new date?

If you have been issued a new card with the same 16 digits but a new expiration date, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat. Provide the last 4 digits of the card and the new expiration date, and we will gladly update this for you.

If your new card has different details, you will need to register it as a new payment method. Simply click the "Deposit" button at the upper right side of the page, enter the required information, and the card will be saved for future use.
