How can I clear my cache and cookies?

Clearing your device’s cache and cookies can help things run more efficiently and make sure websites work as intended. 

The steps can vary depending on what device or browser you’re using, so we’ll walk you through the most common ones below. If you’re using something else, a quick online search should point you in the right direction.

Google Chrome (PC)
  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Go to "Privacy and security".
  4. Click "Clear browsing data".
  5. Set the time range to "All time" and check all three boxes.

  6. Click "Clear data" to finish.
     


     
Google Chrome – iPhone/iPad (iOS)
  1. Tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner and choose "Settings".
  2. Select "Clear browsing data".
  3. Set the time range to "All time" and check all three options.

  4. Tap "Clear data" to confirm.
     

Google Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the tabs icon at the top, then the menu (three dots).
  2. Go to "Settings" > "Privacy and security".
  3. Choose "Clear browsing data".
  4. Set the time range to "All time" and check all three boxes.

  5. Tap "Clear data" to complete.
     

Safari – iPhone/iPad (iOS)
  1. Open your device’s "Settings".
  2. Scroll down and tap "Safari".
  3. Tap "Clear History and Website Data".

  4. Confirm by tapping "Clear History and Data".
     

Firefox (PC)
  1. Click the menu (three lines) in the top-right corner and select "History".
  2. In the left sidebar, click on “Privacy and Security.”
  3. Choose "Clear recent history".
  4. Set the time range to "Everything" and check all boxes under History.

  5. Click "Clear now".


     

Microsoft Edge – PC
  1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner and select "Settings."
  2. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear".
  3. Select "Privacy, search, and services".
  4. Make sure "Browsing history", "Cookies and other site data", and "Cached images and files" are selected.
  5. Click on the "Clear Now" button to complete the process.
