When a bonus is offered, you can always choose to accept or decline it.
If you accidentally accept a bonus you don't want, simply ask one of our Customer Service Team members for assistance, and they can remove it for you.
Please note that if you have already used the bonus and then decide it's not for you, any pending winnings will be removed along with the bonus itself.
You can also remove the bonus yourself. Click on the "My Account" section, then choose the "Bonus Section" and simply click on the "Cancel Bonus" button to deactivate it.
