Why has my bonus disappeared?

There are usually two reasons for this.

  1. Firstly, the bonus may have expired:

    To view your active bonuses and their expiry dates, go to the bonus section from "My Account" ->"Bonus History".

    Make sure to use it before you lose it!

  2. The other reason could be that you have made a withdrawal:

    When you do this, you automatically forfeit any bonus in your account. You will receive a warning before this happens, so please pay attention to your screen.
