Why can’t I log into my account?

You’ll regain access automatically after the timeout period ends.

Self-exclusion
Once the period has ended, please contact Customer Service to restore access if applicable.
Too many log in Attempts
If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be automatically blocked for security purposes. Your account will be temporarily locked for 20 minutes, to unlock your account, please wait for 20 minutes and try to login again.
Pending verification
If we’ve requested documents and haven’t received them yet, your account may be restricted. Please send the required documents as soon as possible to complete the process.
